Our Agency in Fréjus, which specializes in the Eastern Var regions, is seeing the same positive local outlook on the business real estate market as in other high-growth French regional markets.

We still have, on the French Riviera, some rare interesting offers of premises and land in strong development areas.  And above all the opportunity to respond, if necessary, to the strong demand for warehouse and logistics which was suffering at the time because of an aging real estate offer.

While some large corporates are really looking for prime locations, some are forced into strategies by the lack of short and medium term visibility on the business real estate market. Others are more in a wait-and-see attitude.

Consequently, the level of demand remains strong in the Var department, but the construction deadlines are still relatively long.
